Hello from Hotel Sumpango! We have had two full, hard, fun days in clinic ~ We have seen many patients… beautiful children, women and men. We have been blessed by a new bunch of interpretors which has made our job mucho easier! One of them saw a message on facebook and so called to offer her services! She and the others are great! The team is doing a great job… clinic, dental, photo, women’s and children’s ministry have all been successful in sharing God’s love! Grace can be very proud of the work that all have been doing. We were asked about how much it has cost for us to be here… we told them that all of our church members have contributed to make this possible and that there are many in WR that extend their (& God’s) love to these people through us. Mucho gracious to all of you! God Bless you! Mary

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your progress. It sounds like all is going smoothly (except for the medicine.) Prayers are with you as you continue your work and that the medicine gets to the people who are in need of it most.

Hi Grace Team
Thinking about you each day still. I go to bed at night and think about the plan for the day with the children’s ministry. I’m sorry to hear of the difficulties with the medication but it sounds like God’s work is still being done. I send prayers and thoughts each day and hope that all continues to go well. I can’t wait to hear stories when you return!

Dear friends in Guatemala!
As one who just returned from Condevilla, Peru with Woodlands, I understand your frustrations. You are doing great things for the Kingdom! No customs officials can win against the Holy Spirit – pray for great things. My prayers are for your strength and energy (without much sleep) and that your God-sightings are plentiful. Remember, God doesn’t call the equipped, He equips the called.
Vayo con Dios!

So uplifting to read the wonderful work y’all are doing. Will keep praying that the medicine arrives so you can complete your mission. Gods blessings. Grace Lutheran Church Wisconsin Rapids ROCKS.

Your update sounds so upbeat. My thoughts and prayers are with you many times during the day. While I was brushing off the snow on my car today, I was thinking “of all the things the mission team might be missing, I am sure this is not one of them.”
Your Grace family is so proud of the work you are doing. Keep it up and remember to keep smiling.
Bless you.

Good to hear from you and that all is going well! We are all proud of you and the team and the work that you are doing. How is the Spanish coming? Are the ear plugs working and did you get the medicine out of customs?
Love and prayers,
Rick
